[Introduction]
In March 2017, together with our representative, Cong wrote a book titled“Risks of Chinese Subsidiaries Unaware of Parent Companies and Their Management” (Daiichi Hoki, co-author). Since then, we have worked together on projects centered in Dalian, including multiple field surveys to determine the heir.
 
Areas of practice
Cong's major areas of practice are general corporate legal affairs related to Chinese law (foreign investment, international trade, M&A, dissolution and liquidation, labor issues, dispute resolution, intellectual property rights, etc.). Cong provides a wide range of legal services for various companies such as manufacturers, trading companies, education, cultural industries, IT, and real estate.
